At Lavendio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return your items under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Sample bottles must be unopened.
• Full-size bottles must be unopened and in their original packaging.
• Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team first. Send an email to contact.lavendio@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• The items you wish to return
• Reason for return

Our team will respond with instructions on how to safely return your items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Important Notes

• Opened sample bottles or used products cannot be returned.
• Full-size bottles that are damaged or missing their original packaging may not be accepted.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
